3. HEALTH GUARANTEE All birds are sold in good health to the best of Seller’s knowledge. Buyer has 72 hours from the time of delivery/pickup to have the bird examined by a licensed avian veterinarian. If a serious health issue is confirmed within this period, Buyer must notify Seller immediately with written proof from the veterinarian. Sellers reserve the right to offer a replacement bird or partial refund at their discretion. This guarantee does not cover stress-related conditions caused by relocation. 4. NO REFUNDS / RETURNS POLICY All sales are final unless stated otherwise in writing. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another bird if agreed upon. 5. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY Buyer agrees to provide: Proper nutrition and clean water Safe and suitable housing Regular veterinary care Socialization and humane treatment Failure to provide proper care voids any guarantees. 6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise agreed. Seller is not liable for delays caused by airlines, weather, or third-party carriers. Risk transfers to Buyer once the bird is shipped or picked up. 7. BREEDING & RESALE Birds are sold as pets unless otherwise specified in writing. Buyer agrees not to resell the bird to pet shops, brokers, or unethical breeders. 8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER Chirp Haven Aviary shall not be held liable for: Any damages, injuries, or losses caused by the bird after purchase Any behavioral issues that arise after the bird leaves Seller’s care 9.
